You can search for devices that support DDR3 DIMM by setting criteria such as DDR3 and DIMM in the External Memory Interface Spec Estimator.

By the way, DDR3/DDR3L SDRAM DIMMs use Fly-by topology, so it is necessary to support Read Leveling / Write Leveling.
