Please follow the steps below to regenerate the POF file and try again.
① File menu ⇒ Start Convert Programming File
②Advanced ⇒ Disable EPCS/EPCQ ID check
(3) Generation of POF for EPCQ
Since the default setting is OFF in versions before v15.0, please set it to ON and generate a POF file.
The default setting is ON for versions after v15.1.
