After porting my previous design to an Arria 10 device, I get the following error in the Fitter. Please tell me how to resolve it.

ID:129001 Input port on atom "", which is a primitive, is not legally connected and/or configured

Category: Quartus® Prime / Quartus II
Tool: Quartus Prime / Quartus II
Device: Arria® 10

Arria 10 devices cannot use some of the primitives registered with Quartus Prime.
Instead, some new primitives are prepared.

Example: ALTDDIO ⇒ Altera GPIO IP

Please check the details of the error content such as help and change to a new primitive or create a new design.
