You can convert it by following the steps below.

Select Quartus Prime / Quartus II View menu ⇒ Utility Windows ⇒ Tcl console
On the Tcl console, enter and execute the following command
qexec {mif2hex test.mif test.hex}

(Change the .mif and .hex file names according to your environment.)
