When running ALTERA Boot Disk Utility, Embedded Command Shell must be started with administrator privileges.
Right-click Embedded Command Shell and select Run as administrator to launch it.

Please check if it can be executed with the following command.
When the message "Altera Boot Disk Utility was successful" is displayed, writing is complete.

Preloader: alt-boot-disk-util -p preloader-mkpimage.bin -a write -d F
u-boot: alt-boot-disk-util -b u-boot.img -a write -d F

The drive letter specified with the -d option in the above command depends on the host PC environment.
Please read according to your environment.
