10481 VHDL Use Clause error at <file_name>.vhd(line_number) : design library “<name>” does not contain primary unit “<name>”

The file may not have been registered correctly.
It may be solved by re-registering with the following procedure.

1. Open the Assignments menu ⇒ Settings window, select Files in Category, and delete the qip file of the target IP if it is already registered.
2. Re-add the vhd and qip files for the target IP
3. Highlight the added vhd file and press Properties on the right.
4. Select "Blank" from the pull-down menu in the Library column. Do this for all IPs. (Even if you leave it blank, it will be set again after compilation, but you can recompile without error.)
5. Press Apply on the Settings window and press OK to close.
6. Compile.
