The HPGPI port is assigned to GPIO2.
GPIO2 can be found in the bits at base address 0xFF70_A050 (External Port A Register).
(Because it is an input signal, it is not reflected in gpio_swporta_dr of 0xFF70_A0000. gpio_swporta_dr is used to control output data.)
