The DE0-Nano-SoC kit and the Atlas-SoC kit are exactly the same hardware, i.e. the board.
The resources that come with the kit are different.
So you can use resources from the DE0-Nano-SoC kit on the Atlas-SoC kit and vice versa (use resources from the Atlas-SoC kit on the DE0-Nano-SoC kit).
