n is the number of each DQ/DQS group (byte lane). (where n is the number of DQS groups)
For example, n = 1 to 5 for a DQ 40 bit memory configuration.
Associate the DQSnPathDelay with the routing delay of DQS in the corresponding group n.
(n is a number and does not mean the negative polarity of the differential. If there is a differential DQS delay time difference, the average value between the differentials is considered good.)
