The LED flashes as a sign that programming the FPGA file failed and retries were also unsuccessful.
In this case, the FPGA file may be corrupted or not written to the Personality slot.
Make sure the JBC file (FPGA file) in the Personality file is correctly written to the appropriate slot using option 5 in the console menu.
Please refer to the User Guide for how to create a Personality file that includes an FPGA file.
