Error (14703): Invalid internal configuration mode for design with memory initialization

This is caused by checking "Initialize memory content" in On-Chip Memory included in the Qsys design.
In Dual Configuration mode, the initial value of memory cannot be set.
Open On-Chip Memory in the parameter editor and uncheck "Initialize memory content" in the mem_init tab.
Unchecking will generate a .sof file.
