What is the difference between Switch and Latch Type behavior in Infineon's Hall Switch?

In the Switch (Unipolar) type, the output becomes Low when the S pole approaches, and becomes High when the S pole separates.
In the Latch (Bipolar) type, the output goes High when the N pole approaches and goes Low when the S pole approaches.
The output state is maintained even if the N/S poles are separated.
Example) In order to bring the N pole closer to make the output that has become High become Low, it is necessary to bring the S pole closer.
