SMD types include SOT23 and SC59.
SSO3 and TO92S are available for lead type (through hole).
Each product's packaging can be identified by the letter at the end of the model number.

M: SOT23
K: SC59
L: SSO3
TA/TB: TO92S

Dual products are also available in SMD type and lead type.
The packages are TSOP6 and SSO4, respectively.
As with Singe products, they can be identified by the end of the model number.
