Analog Devices LTspice: I'm thinking of using an On Semiconductor transistor model in a simulation, but in addition to the PSPICE model, there are Spice2 and Spice3. Which one should I use?

Analog Devices LTspice : I would like to use ONSEMI's transistor model for simulation.

Please use the PSPICE model. The Spice2 model is a model for C language-based simulations. The Spice3 model is a Fortran compatible model.
