Analog Devices Switching Regulator : In the recommended circuit of LTC3895, the FET connected to the TG/BG pin does not have a description of the resistance between the gate and the source, but is it implemented internally?
A gate-to-source resistor is required to force the FET gate VGS to 0V, but is not required as the internal driver has a similar function to the gate-to-source resistor.
