Analog Devices power measurement IC: ADE78XXA is described in the datasheet as being compliant with the IEC62053-22 standard, but how can it be compliant with the accuracy standard class 0.1s, 0.2s, 0.5s, etc.?

A/D converter (ADC)

Although it is not necessarily required, the configuration assumed by the manufacturer is as follows.
In the case of 0.5s (standard class), a configuration using the ADE78XXA internal reference can be used.
For 0.2s/0.1s, it is recommended to use a precision external reference when using the ADE78XXA. Appropriate accuracy selection is also required for current and voltage sensors and crystals. If the IC internal reference is used, we recommend choosing ADE9000 or ADE9078.
