Analog Devices Switching Regulator: What is the role of INTVcc in the LTM4676A?
As shown in the block diagram in Figure 1 of the datasheet, it is used to supply power to the internal power control part (gate driver circuit, etc.) and signal processing (amplifier, ADC, etc.). Stable INTVcc is a prerequisite for normal IC operation.
