It may be improved by relaxing the convergence condition or changing the calculation algorithm.

　
①Regarding the calculation algorithm
LTspice has 3 algorithms to choose from.
・trapezoidal (trapezoidal method): High calculation speed and accuracy, but poor convergence.
・modified trap (improved trapezoidal method): improved trapezoidal convergence. (Inferior accuracy than the Taiwan Penal Code)
・Gear (predictor correction method): Convergence is easy, but calculation speed and accuracy are inferior.

　
(2) Relax convergence conditions
・Abstol: Current accuracy
・Reltol: Relative error
・Chgtol: Charge accuracy
・Vlottol: voltage accuracy

Please check if it can be avoided by adding the above parameter changes to the netlist.
