The ADuM4146 has a minimum creepage of 8 mm, while the ADUM4135 has a minimum creepage of 7.8 mm. Also, the working voltage VIORM = 1500 V (TBD) peak (enhanced/basic), whereas the ADuM4135 is 849 V peak.
