Analog Devices Switching Regulator: Is it OK to use the SYNC pin and Vout connection when using the spread spectrum mode of the LT8609A?
In general, it is recommended to connect to INTVCC when the SYNC pin is pulled high.
If you want to use Vout, there is no problem if it is in the range of 3.2V to 5.0V, but be careful not to exceed the absolute maximum rating of 6V.
