With the AD2428W, the maximum distance between nodes is 15m. However, the total length from the master node to the terminal slave node should be within 40m.
However, some product lines are shorter as a low-cost option. Please refer to the "A2B BUS SYSTEM SPECIFICATION" in the data sheet to check the restrictions depending on the type of parts to be adopted.
