Analog Devices A/D Converter : AD4003 datasheet page 20 (English Rev.C Figure 37) shows the example connecting OUT- of the differential amplifier to +IN of the ADC. However, the evaluation board user guide (English Rev. I Figure 26) connects OUT+ of the differential amplifier ADA4940 to +IN of the ADC. Which is correct?

Either connection method is fine. If anything, I think that the OUT+ of the differential amplifier and the +IN of the ADC is the orthodox way, but when actually designing, select a connection method that allows for clean wiring on the board.
