The ADA4870 has a chip temperature monitor function. The TFL pin becomes the pin for temperature monitoring. Consider the heat dissipation method by referring to the results of the temperature monitor. Depending on the situation, please use a heat sink or air flow for thermal design so that the junction temperature does not exceed the rating.
