Regarding the EP (Exposed pad), it is clearly stated that it is not internally connected.
Other NC terminals are not specified, so it is assumed that there is an internal connection. When mounting, please follow the instructions in the datasheet for open processing.
Pin 9 is instructed to be No Connect (or Optionally Ground), so there is no problem connecting it to GND.
