Analog Devices Voltage References: How much will the output voltage change if the temperature of the REF194 (G grade product) changes from 25°C to 75°C?

Analog function IC

Note 2 in the margin of the data sheet provides an explanation.

TCVo is defined as the ratio of output change due to temperature change over the specified temperature range.
TCVo = (Vmax - Vmin)/Vo(Tmax - Tmin)

For example, the change in output voltage from 25°C to 75°C is
(Vmax - Vmin) = (75°C-25°C)*4.5V*25ppm/°C = 5.625mV.
