Analog Devices Switching Regulator: For the LT3471, does the Typical Application Circuit on the top page of the datasheet say that when the SHDN input is at a low level, the output VOUT is zero?

power management

The boost circuit is connected to VIN through a diode and an inductor, so when shut down, the output voltage will drop from the 3.3V of VIN to the VF of the diode.

Since the inverting circuit is capacitor-coupled to VIN, no voltage appears (0V) when shut down, but the inductor

DC impedance for positive voltage is low because it is dropped to GND with a diode through.
