Analog Devices Clocks & Timing: Is it OK to put LVDS on the AD9954's REF_CLK?

No problem. Place an LVDS termination resistor of 100 Ω close to the AD9954, and connect two capacitors of about 100 pF from both ends of the resistor. Set the CLKMODESELECT pin to Low.
