It is recommended to connect unused D and S pins to GND. When the switch is in the OFF state, both D and S are in a high impedance state. In principle, there is no contradiction in circuit operation even if it is open, but it is not recommended to open analog input/output pins with high impedance. Static electricity or leaks from other circuits may cause unexpected accidents during use.
