Analog Devices operational amplifier : I am using a product (ADA4870) that allows a junction temperature of up to 150°C, but when the temperature of the constant temperature chamber reaches about 120°C, it will operate intermittently. Does this mean that operation is not guaranteed up to 150°C?
The guaranteed operating temperature range of the ADA4870 is 85°C. Please use below 85℃. Also, the intermittent operation when the temperature is raised to 120°C is thought to be because the junction temperature exceeds 150°C, and the operation of the device is stopped by the thermal protection function.
Calculate the junction temperature with the following formula and use it at 150°C or less.
