If you are using the EMIF Toolkit, you should start from the Example Design.
If you generate only the Generate HDL without generating the Example Design, even if you set the Diagnostic tab to Toolkit + TG2.0,
Please note that the EMIF Debug toolkit cannot be used.

Note: If your design was not generated based on the design example, you must regenerate the design beginning with a design example. Refer to the instructions in Generating a Design Example with the Debug Toolkit.
