Error and warning messages that occur in ModelSim* - Altera® FPGA Edition are tagged with a vsim or vcom code (number).
To find the cause of an error or warning and how to resolve it, use the verror command.

For example, suppose the following error occurs:

** Error: (vsim-19) Failed to access library 'work' at "work".

In this case, enter the following command in the Transcript window:

verror 19

The Transcript window displays a description of the message.
