Of the IP Base Siute licenses available to users who have purchased Quartus Prime Pro/Standard Edition, external memory controller IP such as the DDR2 SDRAM and DDR3 SDRAM High-Performance Controller supporting UniPHY are not displayed in the License Setup screen (Licensed AMPP/MegaCore functions list) of Quartus Prime/Quartus II, but they are still available for use.

If you compile and a production .sof is generated, the license is applied.
If no license is applied, an evaluation *_time_limited.sof will be generated.
