What are the challenges and key points for measuring the increasingly demanding micro flow rates?
In recent years, when the amount of various liquids (chemicals, solvents, etc.) used during manufacturing has a large impact on product quality, or because the materials themselves are expensive, it is desired to optimize the amount used, and the amount of materials used is very small. There are many such devices, and the demand for accurate flow rate measurement is increasing.
However, the technology to measure minute flow rates of several tens of ml/min or less is difficult, and there is currently no product that satisfies the customer's needs. We will also explain issues, important points, and application examples for measuring minute flow rates.
