Product Summary
Wurth Electronics, a participating member of WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) and AirFuel Alliance, has a wireless power supply coil "WE-WPCC" product. The WE-WPCC (Wireless Power Charging Coil) series is a coil that can transmit and receive power wirelessly instead of using a wired connection through electromagnetic induction coupling. Wurth Electronics is an alliance member of WPC, so we have a wide range of products that are fully compatible with the Qi standard. Each coil uses a ferromagnetic shield. As a result, the magnetic field between the coils is formed with almost no leakage, and has excellent EMI characteristics.
Litz winding is used for the coil, realizing a very low DCR and a high Q value (Quality Factor). There is also a correspondence table of available receiver/transmitter coils, so you can easily select one.
It is widely used as a reference by device manufacturers such as Liner Technology, Texas Instruments, and TDI.
