One for all solution

EMI patches are a universal solution with a wider frequency range and higher attenuation than traditional absorber sheets, plus heat dissipation.

The combination of absorber and metal layers enables a new level of board-level shielding. Stray magnetic fields are absorbed, achieving nearly the same performance as with a shielded cabinet. Available in sheets or rolls, it is a fully adaptable solution for testing, EMC labs and end products. With a thickness of less than 0.1 mm, the EMI patch is suitable for height-limited applications.

structure

Metal layers used alone provide EMI attenuation.

The metal layer attenuates electromagnetic interference but causes eddy currents that can lead to magnetic leakage.

The combination of metallic and magnetic layers not only does not re-radiate, but also significantly reduces the level of electromagnetic radiation measured in the near field.

■ Non-isolation version

The metal layer of the EMI patch acts as a ground reference plane when connected to GND.

1. When installing, make sure the metal layer is on the top.
2. The EMI patch is attached to the component using an adhesive tape layer.
It's easy to do.
3. Using shielding tape (WE-CF) ensures a low impedance ground.

■ Heat dissipation

The EMI patch has a metal layer that provides high thermal conductivity and excellent heat dissipation. The aluminum layer distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, providing better heat management than a typical absorber sheet.
