visible light LED
Standard chip LEDs include PLCC type and ceramic type. Colors include single color, two colors, and full color. Bullet-shaped THT types are available in 3mm and 5mm standard packages, with or without stoppers, and clear or diffuse lenses.
Infrared LED
The 90° and 130° viewing angles allow applications such as night vision, security cameras, illumination and motion recognition systems, as the ceramic package reduces temperature resistance. The infrared THT type is ideal for remote controls and distance measurement sensors.
LED UV
The ceramic package reduces temperature resistance, making it ideal for applications such as UV curing, printing, and bonding.
Photodiode
A photodiode converts visible and invisible light into electrical current at a pn junction. They come in a variety of designs, lens types, spectral bands, and can be matched with infrared LEDs.

A phototransistor converts visible and invisible light into electrical current and amplifies it.
