What is SDRAM?

Structure of SDRAM
The SDRAM routes clock signals through an integrated state machine so that incoming commands can be pipelined.SDRAM allows new instructions to be received while an instruction in progress is being processed. SDRAM is divided equally into small sections of memory cells called banks.
