Vicor Corporation was named Manufacturer of the Year by the Massachusetts Manufacturing Expansion Partnership (MassMEP) on Sept. 16 at Polar Park in Worcester, Massachusetts. After expanding the world's first Converter housed in Package (ChiP™) manufacturing facility in Andover, Massachusetts, Vicor is recognized as a manufacturing leader in Massachusetts.

For over 40 years, Vicor has manufactured high performance, high density power modules in Andover, Massachusetts and Lincoln, Rhode Island, USA. The recently completed Andover plant expansion reflects Vicor's continued leadership in high-density power modules and underscores its continued drive to innovate, automate and increase capacity to meet increasing demand.
