General-purpose microcomputer "MSPM0L/G"

Overview

Texas Instrument's (TI) MSPM0L/G microcontroller is equipped with a low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and a wealth of analog and communication peripherals, and achieves high performance at a low price. Product. The series are divided by the operating frequency of the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, with 32 MHz being the L series and 80 MHz being the G series.

Features

  • Ultra-low power consumption operating at 1.1μA in standby state
  • Small 3mm x 2mm package for WQFN package (16pin)
  • Excellent scalability with rich analog peripherals
  • 300mm wafers manufactured at TI's own factory to achieve a low price range
  • Accelerate development by providing abundant software (drivers and libraries)

評価ツール

Hardware evaluation tool

TI has released an evaluation board for the MSPM0L/G series. You can also use a JTAG emulator that supports the MSPM0L/G series.

software development kit

A software development kit is provided by TI, and development is possible with Code Composer Studio, an integrated development environment (IDE) provided free of charge by TI. There is also Sysconfig, a system configuration tool built into CCS, which allows GUI-based configuration.

Macnica original content - MSPM0 series thorough explanation! ~

We have prepared useful materials for those who are interested in the details and development methods of the MSPM0L/G series. The necessary environment for microcomputer development (Code Composer Studio and JTAG emulator) and the procedures for writing and debugging programs using them are summarized in an easy-to-understand manner even for beginners. In addition, peripheral functions that are easy to get stuck in programming, such as AD converters, amplifiers, and timer interrupts, are carefully illustrated from the introduction of functions to how to use them.
