Overview
Tenstorrent's PCIe cards are AI accelerator cards ideal for generative AI/LLM inference, featuring Tenstorrent's proprietary "Tensix" core, which is specialized for AI processing. Simply install them into the PCIe slot of your existing server or workstation to immediately build a high-performance AI execution environment. Their highly efficient design, which does not use HBM, provides excellent cost performance and low power consumption. With two cooling options—air-cooled and water-cooled—you can flexibly deploy them to suit the system requirements of your installation, from typical workstations to high-density server environments.

Blackhole® p150 Series
The Blackhole® p150 series features Tensorrent's high-performance Blackhole® Tensix processor, boasting 120 Tensix Cores and 32 GB of GDDR6 memory, operating at up to 300W in a desktop workstation form factor. Two models are available: the active-cooled p150a and the passive-cooled p150b, offering flexible selection for various environments, from workstations to servers. Both models feature four QSFP-DD 800G ports, allowing for the linking of multiple cards for memory pooling and performance enhancement (QSFP-DD cables are available here). Furthermore, they are fully supported by Tensorrent's open-source software stack, providing developers with complete access.
Blackhole® p100 Series
The Blackhole® p100a features Tensorrent's high-performance Blackhole® Tensix processor, with 120 Tensix cores and 28GB of GDDR6 memory, operating at up to 300W in a desktop workstation form factor. The active cooling model "p100a" is supported by Tensorrent's complete open-source software stack, giving developers full access to metal.
