Product Summary
The Si82xx is SKYWORKS' line of isolated gate drivers.
It supports both 1ch and 2ch products, has a high current capability up to 4A, and has a rich lineup of UVLO voltages that match various power devices.
In addition to products with protection functions such as Miller clamp and desaturation functions, products with delay time control terminals to prevent simultaneous ON, DCDC converter control circuits using external transformers that are useful for simplifying secondary power supply circuits Some products have optional functions.
