SiT3541/SiT3542 series

SiTime's SiT3541/SiT3542 series are ideal for the reliable oscillators required in aerospace and defense applications.

Frequency tuning is possible by digital control (DCO mode) using SPI or I2C, and it is possible to adjust the pull range up to ±3200ppm.

In addition, this product series has undergone 100% temperature screening so that it can be used in aerospace and defense applications.

These two series have different supported frequencies.
