SiT5541/SiT5543 series

SiTime's SiT5541/SiT5543 series are ideal for the reliable oscillators required in aerospace and defense applications.

It is available as the highest precision TCXO (temperature compensated oscillator) and achieves high stability of ±5ppb (SiT5543).

In addition, this product series has undergone 100% temperature screening so that it can be used in aerospace and defense applications.

These two series have different supported frequencies.
