SiT5348/SiT5349 series
SiTime's SiT5348/SiT5349 series are ideal for the reliable oscillators required in aerospace and defense applications.
Since it is a TCXO (temperature compensated oscillator), it has high accuracy and excellent temperature characteristics.
It has even higher stability (±0.05ppm) than the SiT5346/5347 series, and can supply a stable clock even in harsher environments.
It can also be used as a VCTCXO or DCTCXO, so it can be used in a variety of applications.
This product series has undergone 100% temperature screening to ensure that it can be used in aerospace and defense applications.
These two series have different supported frequencies.
