SiT2001 series
SiTime's MEMS oscillator SiT2001 series is a product that adopts the SOT-23 package. From the viewpoint of mounting reliability, we recommend SiT2001 (SiT2002 for the range of 115 to 137 MHz) if a package with legs is desired.
Since it is a programmable product, it can be shipped according to the customer's desired specifications, regardless of the oscillation frequency (decimal point, etc.).
