This is the DCXO (Digitally Controlled Oscillator) lineup among SiTime's MEMS oscillators.

An oscillator whose output frequency can be controlled by an external digital signal.

Adjustable output frequency up to ±150,000ppm.
Compared to VCXO-based designs, DCXO eliminates the need for DA conversion or other analog sources for voltage control on the system.
This makes it possible to reduce system costs.

In addition, it is possible to eliminate frequency shift caused by board noise in the voltage line.
