Sensirion's differential pressure sensor has excellent long-term stability and fast response speed. Calibrated and temperature compensated differential pressure sensors provide high accuracy and resolution especially in the differential pressure range.
An ideal solution for applications where space is limited and cost-effectiveness is required (e.g. medical and HVAC applications).

Sensirion's differential pressure sensors measure air mass flow in a bypass method. Ideal as a low-cost flow sensor for mass production.

The excellent performance of differential pressure sensors is based on the CMOSens ® dynamic measuring principle, which uses flow to measure differential pressure.
