■Patented technology (non-contact measurement)
the Company CMOSens® flow sensor technology is based on thermal microsensors and is most effective in the small flow range. The key element of this product is a digital CMOSens® microchip attached to the outer wall of the sensor channel, which accurately measures flow through the channel wall. the Company liquid flow sensors are completely contactless with the medium and have no moving parts or obstructions in the flow path. By providing the Company customers with the world's smallest and most accurate liquid flow sensors, we are contributing to the creation of designs and applications across all industries. Their high reliability and wetted inertness level (chemical resistance) also make them ideal sensors for medical, life sciences, diagnostics, factory automation, and energy management applications.

Small liquid flow meter "Lx series"

■ LG16

The LG16 is a compact size sensor with minimal equipment and CMOSens ® microsensors from Sensirion for integration into instruments and other closed systems. With 5 different flow ranges, calibration options for different media (H2O and/or hydrocarbons), selectable electrical interface (digital I2C or 0-5V analogue), the LG16 offers low to ultra-low flow We provide solutions for measurement.

■ LG01

The LG01 detects micro-flows or bubbles in fluid systems to improve system reliability.

The output signal of the sensor is 0 V or 5 V depending on whether the flow rate being measured is above or below the specified flow detection level. Air bubbles can be detected by generating a low (0V) output at flow rates above the setpoint. The sensor is highly biocompatible and chemically resistant, and the flow sensing measurement takes less than 100ms.

■ LS32-1500

With its compact size of 18 x 18 x 59 mm 3, the LS32-1500 has a very robust mechanical design. The fast sensor response time of 20ms, high repeatability and high chemical resistance make it an ideal sensor for biomedical applications.

Customized solutions (e.g. down-mount shape for manifold) based on the liquid flow meter "LS32-1500" series are also available.

■ SLI

The SLI series is the perfect flow meter for integration of flow control systems. the Company modular approach, which allows liquid flow meters to be combined with multiple interface cables, allows optimal and easy integration of liquid flow meters into fluid systems. With its compact form factor and robust IP65 protected housing, the SLI can be used for low flow measurements from a few ul/min to a few ml/min in demanding applications in life sciences and industrial equipment.

■ SLG

The SLG is the ideal solution for dynamic liquid flow monitoring in state-of-the-art Ultra High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) and other applications where precision measurement of very small flows is required.

A highly sensitive CMOSens ® microchip senses the flow through a capillary of fused silica material, the flow path can withstand pressures up to 1200 bar (17500 psi), and the measurement response time is 40 ms. These properties make the SLG series of high-end instruments particularly well suited for monitoring dynamic flow in state-of-the-art chromatographic systems.

■ SLS

Featuring innovative Sensirion sensor technology, the SLS-1500 offers a versatile sensing solution in a ruggedized housing for demanding industrial and research applications.
The liquid flow meter "SLS-1500" is capable of high-speed and precise measurement of flow rates from 0 to 40ml/min, enabling more accurate process monitoring than ever before. And with a typical response time of 20 ms, you can quickly and reliably measure dynamically fluctuating dispensing processes.

■SLQ-QT500

The SLQ-QT500 has a flow range of up to 120ml/min for water or hydrocarbon (alcohols, solvents, oils, fuels, adhesives) liquids, and for particle-laden or highly viscous liquids. Excellent for Combined with one of the SCC1 sensor cables, it can be easily integrated into demanding coating systems in the semiconductor industry, as well as various dispensing and liquid flow systems in other industries.

■ SLF3S-1300F

The SLF3x series is the next generation series of liquid flow sensors from Sensirion. Based on Sensirion's proven CMOSens® Technology, the SLF3S-1300F liquid flow sensor optimizes cost by simplifying design without sacrificing fluidic, electrical, or mechanical connectivity. The straight, unobstructed flow path has no moving parts, and the inert material wetted surfaces provide excellent chemical resistance and excellent media compatibility.The compact form factor and cost-effective design enable system designs with multiple sensors that were not previously possible.

■LPG10

Sensirion's LPG10 series of liquid flow sensors have a small footprint of only 10 x 10 mm 2 and can be compactly mounted in any fluid manifold system. It provides superior performance and speed of liquid flow measurement on planar microfluidic glass substrates with down-mounted fluidic ports.

 

LD-20

The LD20 series of disposable liquid flow sensors measure liquid flow directly and where it is needed for more effective patient care and improved safety. The LD20 series is minimal size and cost optimized. Then, it becomes possible to measure the drug delivery accurately and in real time. As a result, it is easier to monitor and control. The LD-20 series enables medical device manufacturers to improve product safety, performance and reliability to the benefit of patients and caregivers.
