By adopting an innovative element structure based on ROHM's proprietary technology, the inherently low V
FLow I, which is considered difficult to achieveRAt the same time, the transformation was also realized.
As a result, harsh environmental conditions (V
F: Ta = -40°C, IREven at Ta=125°C, the VF<300mV (IF= 7.5 mA), IR<20mA (VR= 3V).

This excellent characteristic prevents high photovoltaic voltage from being generated when the application is stopped.
This not only prevents circuit damage due to thermal shock, but also significantly reduces the risk of thermal runaway and malfunction during operation.
The package uses the compact, flat-lead type SOD-323HE (2.5mm x 1.4mm), which combines ease of mounting with space-saving features, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including in-vehicle cameras, industrial equipment, and security applications, which require mounting in tight spaces.
