ROHM has developed a new silicon capacitor, which is increasingly being used in smartphones and wearable devices. (ROHM's announcement dated September 14, 2023)
<Features of the new product "BTD1RVFL Series">
1. Miniaturization
Achieves the industry's smallest 0402 (0.4mm x 0.2mm) size for surface-mount mass-produced products!
The mounting area is reduced by approximately 55% compared to standard 0603 size products.
2. High dimensional accuracy
High precision dimensional tolerance within ±10µm!
It enables high-density mounting and contributes to space saving.
